Legacy Powerhouse School of Finance — Team Guide

Welcome to the LPSOF Team

Welcome to the Legacy Powerhouse School of Finance (LPSOF) operations team. This handbook is your guide to running the school — from managing students and courses to issuing certificates and supporting the community.

Our mission: Build Wealth. Leave Legacy. From Classroom to Cashflow.

As an admin, you have access to the full platform. Use this power responsibly to support our scholars and maintain the quality of our educational programs.

Access & Admin Panel

To access the admin panel, sign in at the academy sign-in page using your registered email. You will automatically be recognized as an admin.

The Admin menu appears in the top navigation bar. It contains:

Dashboard
Overview of courses, enrollments, revenue, and recent activity
Course Library
View, edit, publish/unpublish, and manage all courses
New Course
Create new courses for the academy marketplace
Scholar Manager
Track student enrollments, progress, and completions

Using the Dashboard

The admin dashboard shows key metrics: total courses, published count, total students, and revenue.

Use the Recent Enrollments section to see who has joined recently. You can also toggle course publish status directly from the dashboard.

Revenue tracking helps you understand which courses are performing best.

Managing Courses

The Course Library lists all courses with filters for category, level, and status.

Key actions:

Publish/Unpublish
Toggle a course's visibility in the marketplace
Edit Course
Update course content, pricing, and metadata
Delete Course
Remove a course (use with caution — this cannot be undone)
New Course
Create a new course with slides, quizzes, and scenarios

Scholar Manager (Student Tracking)

The Scholar Manager shows all student enrollments across all courses.

You can search by student name or course title, and filter by enrollment status (Active / Completed).

Each row shows the student's name, enrolled course, progress percentage, and status. Use this to verify who has completed their coursework.

To look up a specific student, use the search bar at the top of the page.

Certificates & Badges

When a student completes all slides in a course (100% progress), they receive:

Completion Certificate
A downloadable certificate showing the student's name, course title, certificate title, completion date, and a unique certificate ID
Course Badge
A gold-accent badge displayed on the course card in "My Classes" showing the course was completed

Certificates can be viewed and downloaded from the course completion screen or from the student's My Classes page.

To issue a certificate manually for a student, ensure their enrollment shows 100% progress in the Scholar Manager.

AI Teacher (Text-to-Speech)

Each course slide has an AI "Listen" button. When clicked, the AI teacher reads the slide content aloud.

Students can choose from 7 different voice personalities and 12 languages.

The TTS system uses Google's Gemini AI to generate natural-sounding speech. If students report that the AI teacher is not speaking, verify that the Google Generative AI API key is configured.

If TTS fails in a specific language or voice, suggest the student try a different voice or the default English setting.

Granting Course Access

Currently, course access is granted through the Stripe payment flow or by manually adding enrollments.

When a student purchases a course bundle, they automatically get enrolled in all courses.

To manually enroll a student in all courses for free, use the full bundle checkout URL with their email.

The enrollment record tracks: current slide position, completed slides, progress percentage, completion status, and completion date.

Student Support Guidelines

When helping students:

1. Verify their email and enrollment status in the Scholar Manager

2. If they can't access a course, check if they have an active enrollment

3. For TTS issues, suggest trying different voices or reloading the page

4. For payment issues, check the Stripe dashboard for the transaction status

5. For progress issues, ensure they are spending adequate time on each slide (20-second minimum per content slide)

Students must complete all slides in a course to earn their certificate. Quiz slides require a correct answer. Scenario slides require making a choice. Content slides require at least 20 seconds of viewing time.
